2nd pick: #6 (Enthrone) (5-1) - He exits the same Sept. 8 contest as "Boss" and he raced very wide while finishing a close up fourth, only a length back of that rival. It was a career best, his first on the grass, and has a fine work eight days ago. Win candidate.
3rd pick: #1 (Uptown Joe) (3-1) - Son of "War Front" cost $315K this past March at Ocala and has some impressive works on view as he makes his debut. Trainer Ed Kenneally (16% first out) has his "go to" rider Jose Lezcano aboard.
4th pick: #8 (Summer Cove) (5-1) - Darley colt by "Street Boss" cost $350K as a yearling and is bred to enjoy the grass. Barn (Kiaran McLaughlin) is better second time out, but can have one ready on occasion (10%).
