Top pick: #1 (SEEK TO DESTROY) (5-2) - Gelding ships back from Monmouth where he chased and tired facing tougher just five days ago. It was his second back off a two month break and trainer Dave Jacobson does well on these quick turnarounds.
2nd pick: #2 (Attractive Ride) (7-2) - Veteran slammed into the gate and was pulled up right after the start here May 17th. Apparently uninjured, he's brought back quickly, drops a bit, and races without blinkers in this spot. Speed/stalker has the rail and should be involved from start-to-finish.
3rd pick: #6 (Assured Victory) (4-1) - He has some early speed, but so do the top two picks. He's drawn outside of that pair and will need to try and stalk in this spot. Can grab a share if that strategy is used.
4th pick: #3 (First Ranger) (6-1) - He's dropping in class, moving from turf to dirt, and shortening up in distance. Gelding was in very sharp form earlier this year and is dropping down to a new low in class.
