She raced evenly in her return going six furlongs on the grass May 18 and it's noted she was bet down to 2-1 favoritism. Barn drops her in half, switches her to the dirt, and she breaks from the rail. Lots of things to like.
2nd pick: #3 (Appealing Miss) (2-1) - Filly set the pace and held to finish second here at this claiming price May 27. Well bred 4-year-old earned a career best figure and is a threat with a repeat of that effort.
3rd pick: #5 (E Warfare) (6-1) - The field's only first-time starter has some fine works showing including a bullet half-mile here June 11. In a capable barn (Tom Morley) and daughter of 'Bluegrass Cat' need not be anything special to factor against this group.
4th pick: #6 (Lebowski) (5-1) - She ran poorly last out and goes today off a trainer switch to Bob Falcone Jr. She had finished second in her previous pair and may grab a minor award. Filly is not a serious win candidate unless she really improves.
