Top pick: #3 (SARAH'S WILD GIRL) (4-1) - Lightly-raced filly finished a troubled third here at this level and distance on May 23rd in her first start in eight months. She ran wide after being "bumped" at the break and did well under the circumstances. Trainer Mitch Friedman adds blinkers and has her making back-to-back starts, both for the first time.
2nd pick: #7 (Reddington) (3-1) - Debuting filly has a steady work tab showing dating back three months and several are well above average. A bullet 3-furlong breeze on March 3rd indicates she has some speed and her veteran trainer (John Parisella) has her conservatively spotted first out.
3rd pick: #1 (Maxana) (2-1) - Home-bred has been competitive in several of her starts and trainer John Hertler gives her a big rider upgrade for this attempt. One-run type draws the rail and is a stretch threat.
4th pick: #2 (Carole Lee) (5-1) - Filly improved a bit last out going 8.5 furlongs on the turf facing stste-bred special weights. Trainer Dave Donk drops her into a claimer and has her running in a sprint, both for the first time.
