Top pick: #10 (HUNDRED PERCENT) (7-2) - Home bred drops back down after a wide and even effort here facing tougher May 25. Stalker has finished a close up second in his previous pair, the latest of those coming at this level and distance April 24 at Aqueduct. He draws a nice outside post and is the horse to beat.
2nd pick: #6 (Jai Alai) (4-1) - He chased and tired when debuting here May 3 when facing tougher going 7-furlongs. Trainer Mike Hushion is always better second time out (8 for 24 {33%}) over the past 17 months and he's won with three of his last seven maidens taking this drop into claimers.
3rd pick: #7 (Unforced) (10-1) - Un-raced for the past year, gelding has some fine works showing for his return. The last two times he sprinted on the dirt he had some speed and several of his works indicate he'll come back running. Long shot possibilities.
4th pick: #5 (Stone Crab) (6-1) - Freshened up since late April, he raced wide and evenly that afternoon at Aqueduct while finishing 6 1/2 back of 'Hundred Percent.' He had trouble at the break that day, so the overall effort was encouraging.
