One run type has gone 6-1-4-1 and was beaten by a 'neck' here going a mile on the grass June 3. It was a career best overall and first following a Mike Maker claim. Nicely spotted 4yo will be tough with a repeat of that effort.
2nd pick: #6 (Ferocious Tiger) (4-1) - Lightly raced French import raced evenly following a troubled break here facing just a bit tougher at this distance June 10. It was his first race in 10 months, so he most likely needed the effort. Dangerous today.
3rd pick: #1 (Arctic King) (6-1) - Grey gelding exits the same June 10 race as 'Ferocious Tiger.' He set a pressured pace before weakening late to check in 4th of nine. It was a good effort, and speed/stalker breaks from the rail. Can be involved today from start-to-finish.
4th pick: #7 (Balfe's Corner) (12-1) - Longshot ships back from Philly Park where he was an easy maiden winner at this trip June 12. Grey colt may grab a share of this from close range at a big price.
