It was her stakes debut and was her first back from a series of layoffs. Lightly raced and working fine, think she'll be involved every step.
2nd pick: #5 (Bar of Gold) (7-2) - A stakes winner many times over, all five career wins have come on 'off' tracks. New York bred rallied to finish fourth in a $100K stakes on the Aqueduct turf April 15 in her first race in 4 1/2 months. Probably nothing more than a prep for this and she's a strong factor today.
3rd pick: #1 (High Ridge Road) (2-1) - No-speed type is a perfect two-for-two on wet tracks. She's four for five at this distance and should be making up ground late.
