Top pick: #14 (MISSILE MIKE) - He probably was best two back at Saratoga when he finished a close-up third at this level and distance. Gelding finished in the middle of the track on a day when the inside posts were king. He was a bit unsettled last out and trainer Tom Bush will have Napravnik aboard for the first time.
2nd pick: #11 (Bandit's Heart) - Colt races first off a Rudy Rodriguez claim (a 21% winning angle). Son of "Lion Heart" showed good early speed before tiring in his only start and should improve today off the positive barn change.
3rd pick: #8 (Pure Nature) - He's one of two entered by trainer Dom Galluscio and the pair race uncoupled. He has excellent early speed and was beaten less than a length in two starts at saratoga at this level. Dangerous on the front-end.
4th pick: #10 (Current Aquasition) - He runs second back off a 8 1/2 month layoff and has many changes today. Drops into a claimer, goes turf to dirt, and shortens up in distance. Very wide on the grass in his return race and he could be dangerous in this spot.
