Top pick: #5 (SACHEM ROAD) - Daughter of "Desert Warrior" finished second here on Sept. 18 in her first in eight months and first ever on the turf. Race was her best yet and any move forward in her second back off the break wins this.
2nd pick: #8 (Fairy Wand) - She's been freshened-up for almost 75 days by trainer Tom Albertrani and filly brings some serious speed to the contest. Fresh, fast, and dangerous.
3rd pick: #9 (For Love Alone) - She's finished second or third in 6 of 11 starts including a pair on this course. Nice drill on Oct. 7 for this and her blinkers come off after a one-race experiment.
4th pick: #6 (Song For Pupcake) - Has talent and will shorten-up for this after finishing a close-up third on August 28 at Saratoga. Lightly raced and capable if she gets a clear trip in this large field.
