Top pick: #6 (ES MIA) - Fillys best race came on the turf May 21st and that effort fits well when compared with the other contenders. This will be her first try at sprinting and believe she'll run well at a nice price. The injured Maylan Studart is replaced by Edgar Prado, so I think the barn likes her chances.
2nd pick: #2 (Vaughndidit) - Heavily favored in her debut on May 10th she raced evenly after breaking from the rail. A much improved run came last out when she finished a "game" 2nd in a "switched" contest going a mile. Lasix was added that day and the better effort may have had something to do with it. Filly shortens-up in distance and moves to the turf. Win threat.
3rd pick: #3 (Synchronicity) - Makes her "09" debut today off a long layoff 8 1/2 months. Ability was apparent last year in her three starts and she's training nicely for her return. Her trainer (John Kimmel)is having a strong meeting.
