Top pick: #3 (IT'S EASY) (2-1) - Filly finished third here at this tag and trip on a muddy surface Sept. 21. It was her first start since May 16th and she's since come back with a solid half-mile breeze on Oct. 3. I like her chances.
2nd pick: #7 (Peach Lake) (9-5) - Grey filly comes off a career best when she finished second here on Sept. 21. Daughter of "Silver Wagon" defeated "It's Easy" that afternoon and stretch runner is an obvious threat down the lane.
3rd pick: #4 (Lady Seeker) (12-) - Stalker ran evenly in a grass sprint at the Meadowlands on Sept. 18. She has a bit of speed, is in a hot barn (Gary Contessa), and may hang on for a share.
4th pick: #2 (Hot On Ice) (6-1) - The main speed, she's breaking just off the rail and is racing without blinkers for the first time. Home bred has been tiring in the stretch on a steady basis but could factor if left alone in the first 1/4 mile.
