Top pick: #1 (ETIQUETTE) (7-5) - The probable favorite, daughter of "Tapit" finished a pace-chasing second when debuting at Saratoga going 7-furlongs on Aug. 31. Working fast since, she draws the rail, and Castellano takes over for the injured Rajiv Maragh.
2nd pick: #4 (Fair Point) (5-2) - She debuted in the same "Spa" contest as "Etiquette" and checked in a distant third while almost five lengths back of that rival. Barn ("Shug" Mcgaughey) is always better second time out, and this filly should be sharper today.
3rd pick: #5 (Theophilia) (8-1) - Home bred by "Flatter" is another exiting the Aug. 31 seventh race at Saratoga, and she tired badly after racing close up early on. Trainer Bill Mott has worked her twice since, and she could factor at a big price.
4th pick: #2 (Grandpa's Princess) (4-1) - Filly moves up in class after rallying to finish second here going 5.5-furlongs on a "muddy" track on Sept. 14. She's worked well since and meets a weak field at this special weight level.
