Top pick: #4 (FILLY IDOL) (5-2) - She's dropping in class and moving from turf to dirt in her second back off a seven week freshening. Filly raced both wide and evenly here at this trip on the grass for a $40K tag June 20. Trainer Carlos Martin brings her back quickly and she meets a very weak group.
2nd pick: #3 (Sweetneida) (5-1) - Daughter of 'Yes It's True' was competitive in her first pair (both sprints) facing tougher. She ran very poorly on a muddy surface going a mile March 8 and has been on the sidelines since. Working well, her connections drop her down and shorten her back up.
3rd pick: #2 (Twisted Cat Tail) (3-1) - Debuting filly has been in steady training here since mid-March. She has a dozen published breezes since then, but most have been on the slow side. Still, against this field, she need not be anything special to factor.
