Top pick: #1 (PADDY O'PRADO) - Talented, speedy, loves the turf, and he draws the inside post. Belief here is that he's beaten better fields in his last pair (G2 stakes at Colonial Downs) and his flexible style makes him much the horse to beat.
2nd pick: #4 (Wigmore Hall ) - Irish-bred and English raced he's been on an upward form cycle in Europe and loves this particular distance (6-3-2-1). Runs on lasix for the first time and looks like the main danger.
3rd pick: #5 (Deans Kitten) - He had a rough trip here July 17 when he finished a close-up third in the "American Derby"(G2) and has been trained hard by Mike Maker since that start. Think he'll run well at a square price.
