Top pick: #8 (GRANDMA'S RULES) - She's bred for the turf and wiil move to the infield after being competitive in all four of her previous starts (three on the dirt and one on "poly"). Last out, daughter of "Orientate" ran second at Tampa Bay Downs going 7 furlongs in her first at this price and trainer Tom Proctor has this filly working nicely for her first race in five weeks.
2nd pick: #6 (Millenium Star) - The probable favorite, she's been competitive in her first three starts and proved in a pair at Gulfstream that she can handle the "weeds". Drops down to a new low, has fine early speed, and daughter of "Pure Prize" should be involved from gate to wire.
3rd pick: #1 (Coaming) - Favored at Hawthorne racing at this price tag on April 18th, she finished third in a race where the winner dominated the running and checked home by a bit over 6 lengths. Decent effort came off a two-month break and she's worked twice since.
