Failed to sustain that rally late to finish evenly in a swiftly run contest. Suffered a wide trip on Dec. 30 when failing to get un-tracked. Makes third start of current form cycle and appears to own a tactical edge over main rivals, drawing a beneficial inside post. Recent bullet work on Feb. 18 indicates current level of sharpness.

(# 2) My Dynomite - Returns. Is unbeaten, albeit with his races spaced well apart - a tell-tale sign of problems. Tackles open-company rivals in his inner track debut effort. Obviously can fire his best shot when fresh and can take this field wire-to-wire with a top effort. Steady works since early December for a top layoff trainer. Luzzi lands here.

(# 2B) Lemons of Love - Compromised by a modest early pace on Jan. 21. Finished evenly as the pace quickened. Drops in class and gets a livelier pace scenario to run. Drops weight and continues to train smartly for Tony Dutrow.

(# 4) Laptop Computer - Strong second-place finish off the shelf on Jan. 13, dropping in for a selling price. Forced, then set a pressured pace and held grimly. Has since come back to work a strong half-mile but regression is a possibility. Steps up in price, but if he were right, would run protected. Loses Luzzi and picks up Bridgmohan.
