(# 5) NEW YORK MOON - Improving little by little in each race. Was well supported in his first two starts usually a sign of some talent. In last dirt try two back raced between horses much of the way. Looked like a winner turning for home but hung late. Contessa adds blinkers for this. All systems go!

(# 7) My Man Lars - Only dirt effort was in same race as New York Moon. Stayed on well after setting or contesting pace all the way. Draw towards outside in one turn mile advantageous. Gives rider some options out of chute.

(# 8) Footman - Horse has experienced his share of problems in abbreviated career. Stumbled,wide,steadied,bumped and awkward start. Shows what a tough game this is. That said,to his credit he has continued about his business very consistently. Has some ability and will probably offer his best try to date.

(# 6) Anxious Contender - Not a lot to say here. Plodder cant win this but if certain things play out might out close the # 1 into the trifecta.
