(# 5) MIGHTY GOOD - Scott Lake filly was claimed from fine Martin Ceresa barn in early July. At that point she had already run ten times this year and fifteen times including her two year old season. That's a lot of starts over a short period of time and Lake gave her two months of rest. First couple back she chased outside and tired. In most recent she ran between horses much of the way in the slop. Returns quickly and this is her preferred distance. At five and a half furlongs she has recorded one win and three seconds in four starts. Think she'll show her best today.

(# 8) Rausehenbach's Halo - Comes out of the same race as our top pick. Sloppy track may have done her in as she could not make the top. Previous to that had two turf tries on view. Dirt efforts leading up to those three races were fine ones.

(# 1) Charming Jill - Mile race in last probably just an experiment. Last try prior to that on dirt produced very good third at todays distance. Horse that finished second in that race Mheara Maskey would be tough to beat in here.

(# 4) Chequ'er Alibi - Continues to improve but gives away a lot of experience to most of these, and when she won last out got perfect speed set up. At least you know she's fit. Ran on Nov 1st and worked on the 7th.
