(# 7) DR. V'S MAGIC - Was not badly beaten in his initial start vs. winners on Feb.25, in just his second career start. Raced a bit wide chasing a very fast pace and understandably tired late. He should have derived beneficial conditioning from that race and should be much more fit today. He adds blinkers and has come back to work a bullet half-mile. Has enough gate speed to overcome his outside post and I expect a dramatically improved race second time off the layoff.

(# 1) YOUOR HOUR'S UP - Projects to sit a good inside trip off what could be a very energetic pace. Has been second best in his most recent efforts and is developing a bit of seconditis. His lone win came in the slop at one turn on Nov. 8. Runs well fresh with Dominguez.
