(# 7) KETCH UP BOY - Makes first start off the claim for Levine, who immediately removes the blinkers. He ran what would be considered an even effort over an inside-biased speed track, his first such race since January 25 when he turned back as well to a sprint. This is a humongous trainer switch, and he has worked well twice since and gets Luzzi today. His lone victory came over this very track at seven furlongs. Levine is 30% first off the claim and almost 40% when removing the "hood," although the sampling on the latter stat is a small one.
The Plays: $15 to win and place on #7.
Total Wager = $30.00.
