(# 1) FOOSE - Working very fast for the Contessa steamroller. Had a pair of smashing races last winter on this surface, and makes his return from a May layoff. Has the rail and presume he'll use his speed.

(# 3) Sal the Pal - Last four races are all good and he is in shape and has been finishing well. Pace should be fast and that will help him out.

(# 9) Any Which Way - Freshened up since late October by Gary Gullo. Dominguez's presence is interesting and runner has some good back races to his credit.

(# 10) Gold Shamrock - Makes his third run off an April layoff and has been sharp in his return pair. Can stalk and finish fairly well and he should be in the clear while wide.
