(# 3) SHEZA GOTTA SECRET - Has been new-and-improved since coming back over the inner track. She was a strong second on Dec. 7, chasing the pace throughout with only spotty preparation prior to that contest. Came back on Jan. 19, to set the pace and held well once displaced on the lead, exiting a fast race. Went to Philadelphia Park and wired the field with ease in a strong confidence building effort on Feb. 24. Returns to New York facing limited winners in a race with virtually no early speed and should be able to control the pace from the outset. Also is much more fit now and gets a veteran rider. Draws a good inside post and shows a good three-furlong prep which she had prior to the Philadelphia score.

(# 5) LOTSA ELENA - Beat the top pick off of a layoff on Jan. 19, but has regressed badly since in both starts vs. winners. Heading in the wrong direction off those two efforts, I don't think she can turn it around this quickly. She is obviously better suited to six furlongs and gets a huge rider switch to Dominguez.
