Top pick: #5 (BARREL OF JOY) - Speedy filly stretches-out off nearly a two-month break and has a pair of useful works on view. She ran well last out at Belmont in a grass sprint and did so from a tough outside post (12th of 12). Can take this at a nice price.
2nd pick: #1 (Proud and Charming) - The probable street rallied to finish second at Saratoga at this level and distance on Sept. 2. Runs off a 65-day break, is training fine, and is an obvious win candidate.
3rd pick: #13 (Reach for a Peach) - Clearly better on the grass and this filly finished fourth last out beaten less than two lengths at Belmont racing at 7 furlongs. She needs a scratch in the main-body to run, but is a win threat if she does.
