Top pick: #7 (FLY SOLO) (7-2) - Clearly the "class" of the race, mare by "Scat Daddy" hasn't seen action since tiring badly at Belmont facing special weight competition. She's working well for her return, and trainer Randi Persaud drops her to half of what he claimed her for.
2nd pick: #6 (Dance I Can) (3-1) - Lightly raced home-bred was re-claimed by her breeder (Joemar Racing) after they lost her for one race. Daughter of "Roaring fever" has shown fine early speed in all three starts, and has held to finish second in two of her three outings. Win candidate.
3rd pick: #4 (Iratinelexurance) (5-2) - Freshened up since Jan. 4th, trainer Rich Schosberg drops her to a new low, shortens her up in distance, and removes her blinkers. Filly by "Majestic Warrior" must be left in the mix.
4th pick: #1 (Locks of Gold) (10-1) - She tired badly last out facing tougher going a mile, but had finished a close up fourth in her previous start sprinting. 4yo has the rail and may do well at a big price.
