Top pick: #1 (TRUE REBEL) - Blew a field away at this tag and distance last out in his second off a Greg DiPrima claim. One time "hanger" has won three of his last six and is well-spotted today to take another.
2nd pick: #9 (Double Down Vinman) - Very dangerous runner from the barn of Tony Dutrow. Pennsylvania-bred has won stakes in his native state and has been a solid runner since day one (14-4-4-4). Comes off a win at Philly Park running for $12,500 and he'll be a handful.
3rd pick: #3 (Scary Trip) - Stakes placed at two, runner spent the majority of last year racing against much tougher without winning. Had a confidence builder late in the year when racing at Finger Lakes and has some impressive drills on the Belmont Training Track the past four weeks. Longshot with a chance.
4th pick: #11 (Santa's Gold) - His style can't be altered at this point. Likes to rally from far back and he'll be making his third start back from a seven-month layoff. He finished second last out, but was seven lengths behind the top pick that day.
