It was his first in almost 100-days and first in a claimer. Trainer George Weaver brings him back quickly and drops him farther down.
2nd pick: #5 (Bustin the Bank) (8-5) - Stretch-out sprinter has finished close up in his last pair facing a bit better. The probable favorite, he's dropping down a bit and racing around two-turns for the first time. Gelding has the best overall figures and is a win candidate.
3rd pick: #1 (Loose Money) (7-2) - Even-paced type is dropping down and switching from grass to dirt. He's run well in four straight on the turf facing tougher and is a solid threat from his rail post.
4th pick: #3 (The Fixer) (12-1) - Long shot stretches out in his second off a 3 1/2 month layoff. He ran very wide here Nov 18 at this tag and think he has a good shot of getting a slice of this at a big price.
