Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #1 (TACHIELLO) (4-1) - She's one of two entered by trainer Steve Klesaris and the pair run as separate betting interests. Filly is cutting back in distance and going turf to dirt. She missed by a 'head' at this tag going a mile on the grass Nov 19. It was her first off a Klesaris claim and she's won on the dirt in the past. Has the rail and she gets a slight edge.
2nd pick: #2 (Glare Ice) (3-1) - Lightly-raced and speedy, she tired late after setting a quick pace at this level and distance Nov 9. She's worked fast since, breaks just off the rail, and Irad Ortiz Jr. stays aboard. Filly should be involved from start-to-finish.
3rd pick: #5 (Pocketfullofgreen) (5-1) - West coast invader hasn't raced since July 19 at Del Mar. Speed/stalker is working nicely and her new trainer (Danny Gargan) adds blinkers. Dangerous at a square price if ready.
4th pick: #7 (Midnight Bounty) (5-2) - The second of the Klesaris pair, she's moving up in class in her first off a claim (15%). Strong finisher would love a fast/and or contested pace to develop to set up her late charge.
