Heavily bet, he rallied to check in a close-up fourth. Training fine for Chad Brown (26% second time out), he should have no problem handling the dirt in his switched contest.
2nd pick: #8 (Now in a Drive) (5-1) - Son of 'Tiznow' has the best early speed of those that have started. $150K purchase is training fine on the local dirt and and should be involved from start to finish.
3rd pick: #10 (California Swing) (6-1) - Home bred by 'Malibu Moon' has been freshened up since Oct. 8. Stalker has been competitive in all three turf attempts and is training fast for his return. Colt breezed a bullet half-mile here Nov. 14 and he's dangerous in this spot.
4th pick: #14 (Cavil) (10-1) - Lasix is added to Godolphin runner for his second outing. Gelding raced both wide and evenly when debuting on the Belmont turf going seven furlongs Oct. 30. He's worked fast twice since and has a shot at a big price.
