Top pick: #3 (EDDY'S TIME) (4-1) - Filly from the same connections that raced "Funny Cide" send out this 4-year-old off a 5 1/2 month layoff. Daughter of "Eddington" is working sharply for her return and had some solid efforts last year racing at this level. Gets a slight edge.
2nd pick: #10 (Royal Jest) (2-1) - The probable favorite, filly has finished second in both her grass starts including one on this course on Nov. 16. Bred/owned/and trained by Rich Lugovich, speedy sort is working fast at Fair Hill for her comebacker and is a strong win candidate.
3rd pick: #6 (Kelly's Prize) (7-2) - She closed out her 2013 campaign with a trio of good efforts at this level and has been in steady training at Belmont for her return. Trainer Dave Donk has been sending out "live" runners at this meet and this daughter of "Pure Prize" is a threat if ready.
4th pick: #4 (Annie Walker) (6-1) - Unlike the top three picks, she's raced three times this year at Gulfstream and comes off a career best figure on March 15th. Schwartz home-bred is working fine, has blinkers added, and faces fellow New York breds for the first time.
