2nd pick: #3 (G R'S Giant) (4-1) - He's improved noticeably since being claimed by Charlie Baker for $40K in early Dec. He enters off a career best when he rallied to finish second at this tag going a two-turn mile on March 12. He's worked fast since and is a strong win candidate.
3rd pick: #8 (Jacob's Here) (6-1) - On the sidelines since late Nov., gelding by 'Roman Ruler' just missed here at this level and distance on Nov 9. He ran poorly after a poor break in his follow up start and was sent in for a 4-month layoff at that time. Training steadily and he could factor if ready.
4th pick: #1 (Wild Freud) (10-1) - He has the rail and early speed. Last out he set a pressured pace and held gamely to finish third, 1 1/2 lengths behind 'G.R.s Giant.' Can be involved from start-to-finish with a repeat of that effort.
