Top pick: #7 (Seal Team Four) (3-1) - Gelding tired after a tough trip while between runners going 6-furlongs at Belmont at this level Oct. 25. It was his first since May 1st when he was claimed at Churchill Downs for $40K by Tony Dutrow. Barn adds Lasix, stretches him out in distance, and he can upset the heavy morning line favorite.
2nd pick: #2 (Spider Roll) (6-5) - Lightly-raced gelding is the morning line favorite and enters off a sharp maiden win here at this distance just 12 days ago. It was his first on the dirt and first with Lasix added. A strong win candidate.
3rd pick: #3 (Adams Note) (5-1) - Gelding by "Sky Mesa" has finished fourth in three straight races at this level on the grass. Stalker continues to training well on the dirt and is a threat if he handles it under race conditions.
4th pick: #6 (Woke Up Tired) (12-1) - Well-bred gelding is training well at Belmont for his first start since Aug. 4. He raced poorly that afternoon at Saratoga and that came off a four month break. On the sidelines for another 3 1/2 months he may grab a minor award at long odds.
