Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #8 (LEGEND OF LORELEI) (8-5) - Stalker was helped when trainer Todd Pletcher scratched #5 'Woodford Tea' as that filly looked like the main danger. This 3-year-old finished a close up third at this tag going two turns March 10. It was her first since being claimed by trainer Danny Gargan Jan 8. She bobbled at the break last out and probably would have won that afternoon if not for the miscue. She draws a nice outside post for this flat (one-turn) mile and will be tough to beat.
2nd pick: #1 (Valerei's Spirit) (4-1) - Mare rallied to finish second at this level going a two-turn mile Jan 17. In her follow up start Feb 26, she was never involved while racing very wide facing state bred special weight foes. Back down in class, 5-year-old is a stretch threat.
3rd pick: #9 (Youreadaisyifyado) (6-1) - Filly moves up in class after finishing second of five. going a two-turn mile for a $16K tag March 3. A career best to date, she can grab a share, but the other two selections are much more likely to win this.
4th pick: #2 (Karenina Gal) (10-1) - She has a bit of speed and is stretching out in distance off a trio of starts at this level going six furlongs. Working above average, she should show whatever she has in this weak field.
