2nd pick: #1 (Colorado Grandslam) (6-1) - Longshot is the main speed and he breaks from the rail. Freshened up since Jan. 19, he finished a pace-setting second that day facing $15,000 'open' claimers at Penn national. He's won here in the past, has worked twice since Feb. 26 and is a win candidate at a square price.
3rd pick: #6 (J J's Dreaming) (5-1) - Lightly-raced 4-year-old finished third last out but was 6 lengths in back of 'Taoiseach'. He had a wide trip but will need to do better for anything more than a minor award.
4th pick: #7 (Blugrascat's Smile) (7-2) - Veteran has been freshened up since finishing third here at this level and distance Jan. 18. He fits with his best and 5yo breezed a near bullet 5 furlongs on the Belmont Training Track March 5.
