2nd pick: #2 (Bear It) (5-1) - Lightly raced filly looked sharp when breaking her maiden here at this distance Jan. 29th. The effort was complimented when the 2nd and 3rd place fillies both broke their maidens next out.
3rd pick: #5 (True Romance) (7-2) - Stakes placed mare has a speed/stalking style and has been competitive here in two straight at this level and distance. Rounding into form following a long layoff, she must be left in the mix.
4th pick: #9 (Awesome News) (6-1) - Another with a speed/stalking style, she finished a 1/2 length in front of 'True Romance' Jan. 28th. However, she tired in her follow up start Feb. 21st and will need to be sent hard from her outside post.
