Gelding by 'Distorted Humor' has been very competitive many times in the past facing tougher and is nicely spoted by trainer Pat Quick in his first facing winners.
2nd pick: #1 (Toohottoevenspeak) (5-2) - The morning line favorite, he raced evenly and wide when finishing fourth here facing much tougher Jan 6. Stalker draws the rail and is an obvious strong win candidate. I could have just as easily made him the top pick.
3rd pick: #9 (No Entiendo) (8-1) - One of two entered by trainer Gary Gullo and the pair race uncoupled. Lightly raced 4yo chased and held down the place spot racing here at this level and distance Dec 10. It was his second start back off a 9 month layoff and he may grab another small slice in this spot.
4th pick: #12 (Devilish Grin) (10-1) - The second of the Gullo pair, he has early speed and is cutting back in distance. He has a very tough outside post that will limit him to a minor award with his best.
