Top pick: #4 (PINBALL) (1-1) - Grey colt is the probable favorite as he comes off a nose loss facing "open" special weights on the main track going a "flat" mile on Nov. 10. That was his first in almost nine months and he's been given seven weeks to recover. The horse to beat.
2nd pick: #3 (The Kenosha Kid) (8-1) - "Kid" has some early "gas" and his speed is a big plus in this field. He comes off the worst race of his career, but he was "bumped" heavily at the break and was forced to race wide. Major player at a nice peice.
3rd pick: #10 (Cousin Michael) (5-2) - "Michael" lost as the 6-5 favorite sprinting at this level on Nov. 16. He was out-gunned to the front that day and the horse that beat him to the top went on to coast home by almost 8. Working well since, he'll need to be sent hard from this outside slot.
