3rd pick: #2 (Swell) (5-2) - Four-year-old has been on the sidelines since May 9. He ran evenly that day at this tag and trip on the Belmont grass. Claimed that afternoon by Michelle Nevin (24% off the claim) she has him training both steadily and frequently for his return. Barn wins at a 20% rate off of lengthy absences and he can factor if ready.
4th pick: #8 (Proletariat) (12-1) - Long shot raced evenly while checking in fourth at this level going six furlongs here on a sloppy surface Nov 12. Good effort came off a two month break and he should move forward off of it.
