Top pick: #1 (MY SYDNEY GIRL) - Speedy and lightly-raced daughter of "Tapit" faces winners for the first time after an easy wire-to-wire maiden win on the inner-dirt March 11th. By far her best to date and it came in first time blinkers. I like her chances.
2nd pick: #5 (Nolita) - She's been freshened-up by trainer Linda Rice since this 4-year-old filly by "Strong Contender" went wire-to-wire to break her maiden by almost 8 lengths on Feb. 15. Conservatively spotted in her first facing winners, she'll be cutting back in distance today.
3rd pick: #1a (Too Tough Sissy) - She's coupled in the wagering with "Sydney" and with separate riders listed it's possible both will go. Another who's lightly raced, she set the pace and tired to finish third last out racing here for $15K. Drops slightly and runs third off almost an eight month layoff in this spot.
