Top pick: #6 (JACKSON N LORIMER) (6-1) - Price play stretches out in distance and is racing second back off almost 7 month layoff. Gelding has some speed, has been bet in both starts, and had a bullet half-mile work at Belmont March 21st, presumably with the blinkers on that he wears today.
2nd pick: #1 (Old Upstart) (5-1) - Longshot hasn't raced since Nov 15 and is working fast for his first back and first on conventional dirt. Trainer Dave Duggan adds both blinkers and Lasix and 3yo can factor at a big price.
3rd pick: #8 (Peacerful Talk) (10-1) - Son of "War Pass" chased and weakened when debuting at this level March 8 going 6-furlongs. Trainer gary Gullo stretches him out (19%) and colt draws a nice outside post at this "flat" mile.
4th pick: #3 (Killer Crossover) (2-1) - The probable favorite, colt has some speed and finished second at this level and distance going a two-turn mile Jan 31st. In the Pletcher barn, son of "Indian Charlie" is a logical contender, but at a very short price.
