Top pick: #7 (KEEP RIGHT) (5-2) - Broman home-bred has finished second in both starts and has worked twice since her last start on Dec. 28. Daughter of "Street Cry" out of a mare by "A.P. Indy" meets a largely un-tried field and is the horse to beat.
nd pick: #11 (Piccolo Flats) (4-1) - Filly has some very impressive works on her AM resume and she's from a good first-out barn (Chad Brown 19%). A bullet from the gate at Belmont on Jan. 2 indicates speed is present and she's a win threat in her debut.
rd pick: #6 (Saturday Bliss) (8-1) - Another filly that's makking her first start, daughter of "Any Given Saturday" has some fine drills and she's been in steady training since early November. In a capable barn with "firsters" (George Weaver 12%) and she can factor if ready.
th pick: #1 (Noon Time Shower) (5-1) - The field's only stakes placed runner, she has some speed and draws the rail. She's had trouble at the break in her last pair and is capable of impacting with a clean beginning.
th pick: #8 (Heavenly Girl) (12-1) - Lasix is added to filly who raced evenly when debuting on Dec. 28 while finishing 5 1/2 back of "Keep Right." She's worked twice since and may improve at a big price.
