2nd pick: #8 (China Gold) (7-2) - Filly cost $230K and showed some life here when she pressed the pace and weakened to finish fourth in the same Jan. 5 contest as "Twirlin." Only a length back of that rival at the finish and she's making back-to-back starts for the first time.
3rd pick: #1 (Group Therapy) (8-1) - Price play had a tough post and some trouble at the break in the same rac as both "Twirlin" and "Gold" and raced evenly one in stride. She moves to the rail and will be closing fast at a square price.
4th pick: #4 (Start It Up) (2-1) - Blinkers go on this lightly raced filly who finished in front of the top three picks on Jan. 5. Obvious contender, but will be over-bet and think she can be defeated at short odds.
