Filly followed that up with a wide & even effort last out and was claimed by Gary Gullo for $40K. He's freshened her up for the past six weeks, and she should get a fast and/or contested pace to rally into.
2nd pick: #9 (She's All Even) (7-2) - She showed fine early speed before tiring when debuting against tougher Nov. 23rd. Filly had a tough inside post that day in a large field (12) and will move out in the gate while dropping in class.
3rd pick: #8 (Enduring Touch) (12-1) - Longshot enter off a fourth place finish at this tag & trip on Nov. 30th. She lost all chance when "bumped" heavily at the start, and should run much better today with a "clean" getaway.
4th pick: #5 (Golden Starlet) (9-2) - Improving filly moves up in class after rallying to finish second at this distance racing for a $25K tag Dec. 5th. Home bred fits and can factor during the stretch run.
5th pick: #6 (Accelebrate) (15-1) - Daughter of "Northern Afleet" raced evenly while not involved at this level and distance Nov. 3rd. She was away slowly that day in her first since Oct. 6th, and this filly showed some talent facing tougher during the summer. Can impact at a big price.
