Daughter of 'Tapit' has been freshened up since and meets a field of mostly un-raced foes. She draws a nice outside post and is the horse to beat.
2nd pick: #8 (Bear It) (6-1) - There are a half-dozen fillies making their debuts in this contest and this home bred ships up off a series of impressive works at Payson Park. In the barn of Chris Clement, three of her last five drills in Florida are of the bullet variety.
3rd pick: #4 (Back Stop) (8-1) - Filly hasn't seen action since showing little in her debut at Belmont Sep 21. Daughter of 'Blame' cost $210K and is working nicely for her new trainer (Rudy Rodriguez 27% with recent arrivals). Can factor at a square price.
4th pick: #10 (Yes for Success) (5-1) - She finished second at this level going 6-furlongs on a sloppy inner-surface March 14th. It was her first off a three-month layoff and she took betting action that afternoon. Working fast and must be left in the mix.
