Top pick: #11 (PEGGY VIRGINIA) (3-1) - She's disappointed in all four starts and trainer Mike Hushion moves her from grass to dirt and shortens her up a bit in distance. She has a nice outside post at this distance and it looks like a case of "now or never."
nd pick: #10 (Tassinaia) (2-1) - Bond home-bred has been freshened up for the past two months and will be droping into a claimer for the first time. Blinkers go on and filly is a strong win candidate.
rd pick: #7 (My Lucky Lieu) (8-1) - She's raced evenly in her last pair and her best "figures" put her in this at a long price.
th pick: #2 (J Rose Gal) (12-1) - Speedy sort has been freshened up since Oct. 11 and will be racing on the dirt for only the second time. She could impact with her best.
th pick: #9 (Light Weight) (15-1) - Filly received a "weak" ride last out and it's apprentice Vargas off, and veteran speed-rider C.C. Lopez on. She'll be sent hard from the break and will take them as far as she can.
