2nd pick: #7 (Solitary Gem) (7-2) - Stretch runner has been competitive in her last five starts on the dirt including a third place finish at his level and distance Aug. 25 at Saratoga. 4yo draws a fine outside post and is a win candidate.
3rd pick: #5 (Abraxan) (10-1) - State bred is dropping in class and is switching from grass to dirt in her third back following a 7-month layoff. 3yo has a stalking style and was competitive in three of five starts at Aqueduct last Winter/Spring.
4th pick: #6 (Sea Sparkle) (15-1) - This 3yo is making only the second start ever on conventional dirt. She raced evenly when checking in 3rd going 6 furlongs at Belmont Oct 13 and that came facing a bit tougher. A late threat, but believe a minor award is her ceiling.
