Top pick: #5 (SANCTIFY) (5-2) - The probable favorite, colt missed by a nose when debuting here at this level on Feb 9th. Son of "Pulpit" has worked since and will break his maiden with any improvement.
nd pick: #4 (Ke in Motion) (6-1) - Speedy west coast invader ships in shape and will be facing fellow New York-breds for the first time. Capable of running a sub :45 half-mile and that makes him a win candidate.
rd pick: #8 (Whyalwaysme) (6-1) - Debuting gelding has some solid looking works on his a.m. tab and is from a capable first out barn (Dom Schettino 17%). This field is pretty deep, so he needs to be talented to impact.
th pick: #6 (Super Nicky) (5-1) - Nice debut here on Jan 26th saw him chase the pace while wide and hold gamely to finish 3rd of 10. He's worked twice since, including a sharp half-mile breeze on Feb 23.
th pick: #9 (Hampden Fiveone) (9-2) - Gelding has finished 2nd in his last pair and was a bit more than a length better than "Super Nicky" on Jan 26. Stalker draws outside of the speed and is a stretch threat.
