2nd pick: #7 (My Donna Jean) (5-1) - Mare was claimed on Nov. 15 by Ed Barker for $20K and he brings her back almost two months later at the same price. Speedy sort has races in her past that make her a threat if repeatable.
3rd pick: #3 (Morethanvictorious) (4-1) - Lightly-raced 5-year-old mare enters in good form and has a strong closing kick. Last out she finished fourth of eight, beaten almost 6-lengths racing here for a $30K tag on Dec. 27. The faster the pace, the better her chances.
4th pick: #6 (Raven Rise) (3-1) - Nice effort here on Dec. 21 saw her chase and tire to run third when facing a bit weaker. In her previous start she was only a length back of "Morethanvictorious" and can factor again today.
