Top pick: #7 (BELLA FOREVER) (5-2) - Lightly raced filly is clearly improving, and last out finished a pace-setting second here at this level and distance on Dec. 5th. The winner of that contest returned to score again next out. The top pick, but reverse your exactas for a small amount.
2nd pick: #1 (You Take the Cake) (6-1) - Mare has been freshened up since finishing second going a "flat" mile on Nov. 9th facing tougher. She has the rail and has a shot in this weak field at a square price.
3rd pick: #6 (Dance for Joe) (5-1) - Lightly raced, she's shown enough in her last three against tougher to be left in the mix. Trainer Dom Schettino drops her down to the local bottom for the first time, and that should help.
4th pick: #2 (Crystal Rocket) (3-1) - She's finished second in two of her six starts and will be attempting a two-turn distance for the first time. Daughter of "A.P. Warrior" has already proven that she can handle "off" going, and that's a plus.
