Top pick: #9 (SNACKS) (5-1) - Lightly-raced gelding hasn't run since May 12th at Belmont where he chased the pace while wide after breaking from an outside post in a grass sprint at Belmont facing state-bred special weights. Trainer Linda Rice brings him back on the dirt, at a new low in price, and with her favorite jockey (Cornelio Velasquez) back aboard.
2nd pick: #5 (Cameron Canyon) (8-1) - Very speedy 3-year-old hasn't raced since Sep. 2 at Saratoga and trainer Dom Galluscio has had him entered several times in the past 6 weeks, but scratched him looking for the right spot. Colt could give apprentice rider Tomas his first professional victory.
3rd pick: #3 (Reggie D) (6-5) - The probable favorite, he drops back down after finishing an even fourth facing state-bred special weights on Nov. 16. He'd finished second in two straight at this tag prior to that and is an obvious win candidate, though at a very shrt price.
