This daughter of 'Medaglia d'Oro' cost $1,500,000 back in the fall of 2014. She missed by a 1/2 length in both starts this past winter at Gulfstream and is working well for her first since Feb 12. Three-year-old gets a slight edge.
2nd pick: #1 (Conquest Lucknlove) (7-2) - This 4-year-old by 'Lookin At Lucky' cost $210K in the fall of 2013. She's finished second in three of her fours starts, all on the grass. Speed/stalker has the rail and is an obvious win candidate.
3rd pick: #3 (Tailoredforsuccess) (5-1) - Irish bred is from the same barn as 'Conquest Lucknlove' (Chad Brown) and the pair race uncoupled. She brought $400,000 as a yearling back in 2014 and is making her first start. Three-year-old trained all winter in Florida at Palm Meadows and didn't miss a beat. Brown is one of the best with stock debuting at a mile or over (24%) and this filly should factor at a square price.
4th pick: #4 (Truth) (4-1) - Home bred broke on top from her inside post when debuting at this level and distance March 20 at Gulfstream Park. She set the pace until the last 1/16th of a mile when she weakened to finish second of 10, beaten 1 1/2 lengths. Must be left in the mix.
